Hi Andrew,
It looks indeed like a Langyao vase to me, but I am not sure about its age. If the colors in these pictures are the natural colors, I would think it is about late Qing to republic. That is what the foot rim looks like.
It is always a bit hard to tell age with monochrome vases, as they have less age indicators, compared to polychromes.
