The mark did exist as early as the Ming dynasty, but I am not sure until when it was in use on porcelain. The problem is that your plate looks like a 20th century porcelain plate to me, making it a spurious mark.

Hello Liliana, This mark contains auspicious characters which could be translated as "long youth(fulness) & wealth and honor".
