The mark and blue decoration look as if they were printed. The mark is an apocryphal Qianlong mark.

Probably made in the 20th century. In my view this can be vintage, but it is difficult to tell from these pictures alone if it could be from the first half of the 20th century. Personally, I think printed items are not.
