Help ID age and market on this plate

Hi, Here is another mystery piece of mine. The saucer measures 4 5/8 in. The center medallion is 2 fish.(carp?) The scales are indicated by very fine gilding that probably isn't visable in the pics. Does anyone know the market this would have been made for? I would appreciate knowing the time period. Is there anything about the painting/design that suggests a specific geographic region or kiln? Any and all comments would be appreciated.
