Royal Satsuma is modern Chinese brand name for densely decorated wares try take advantage of "Satsuma" name popular in West for highly decorated items that are actually mostly made Kyoto area kilns only for export to West and have nothing to do with original Satsuma wares. Your piece does not imitate the Kyoto wares, just has 'Satsuma' part of brand name.

The mark says it was made in China.
