Hi again Peter, I really value your information and I have another piece that I would like some information about. Just wanted to see what period this was made as I think its 1930's?? Thank you very much

This is late Qing or early republic. The dragon also conforms to the style used in and from the late Qing dynasty. I would think, however it could first quarter of 20th century.
BTW, this is not Wucai but rather Fencai, I think.
