I am having trouble finding anything out about this item can someone help?

Hello,

The mark is upside down. It says "Yiqian Tang Longnian Zhi", meaning made by Yiqian Tang during the dragon year".

There are thousands of marks, this is a more obscure one. Sorry, but it says nothing about age. It could be modern or not even Chinese
