Hello,
Can you please give me your impression of this dragon bowl? Would really like to know its approximate age and history if possible. Thanks for your time.

dragon plate

I think this is a plate. The original Chinese plates had a different rim shape than European ones.
For evaluation, more pictures would be necessary, taken in lighting that allows for natural colors. Perhaps taken near a window in daytime.
Pictures needed:
A good picture of the foot, including foot rim, showing any blemishes, and one or two close up shots of the decoration. The dragons are especially of interest.
You can use new submissions to add pictures.

The mark is basically the last thing that is looked at. In this case, although the mark tried to look like a Qianlong imperial mark, there seem to be some discrepancies making it appear apocryphal.
