Confuse over the mark and colors

Hi there,

Im confuse with the mark it's Tongzhi but why the color are seems to be different from this era?

Can just check it's this a re-fired glaze over?

but for sure the workmanship are really nice on these...

Hi, this is Peranakan or Nyonya porcelain, made for the Straits Chinese. The decoration has a typical bright background and phoenix/peony decoration of such wares.
I don't know if the mark is contemporary, but the spoon looks old to me.
