I believe it is a very new vase.
I live in Chinatown In Vancouver, BC, Canada
I showed the pictures to my neighbors they could not even read it.

We should call it a Mystery Vase

The mark is incomplete. The text is turned upside down, and some characters look as if the writer did not know Chinese.
I assume that tells what it could be, or not could be...
