Hi, The only I can assume with such pictures is that it COULD be Fangge ware, made end of the Qing dynasty and early republican era. The mark is different from those, however. Although it would also be faux mark.

Hi, The bottom appears in bright blue, even the foot rim and its outside. If the bottom has a different color, it could hardly be this way. In that case only the inside is of a different color, and usually not THIS color. Is this the right image? It seems imposssible...
A close picture of the decoration might be of advantage. From afar the brwonish tone looks like crackling.
