Hi Paul,
Thanks for the additional pictures.
It seems to me that this is from the end of Qing dynasty.
The mark is a Tongzhi reign mark, but from the style of the faces, etc. I would rather attribute it to the following Guangxu reign.
This shape is usually called a "Moon Flask", as you can easily confirm with a Google image search. Nice piece.

Hello,
The pictures are too small to identify the age.
Could you provide close-ups (partial pictures) of the painted decoration and also of the mark. Deteils of the faces are very important for judging age too. You probably will have to eliminate the reflection of the light when you take pictures.

You can also post pictures on the net (on Flickr, etc.) and post the link here, if this is more convenient.
