Hi Paula, The band confirms that it seems to be Chinese, probably made in the period mentioned. Personally, I would think it possible that it could even be earlier, were it not for the flower shown; that was only popular later in the Qing dynasty. Anyway, about mid 18th to mid 19th century, I would say. The vine decoration is a bit rare, thus it is more difficult to categorize it.

Hi Paula, The pictures are still not detailed enough. What I meant actually was partial closeups. Really close, about 3-5 times larger, especially the foot rim, because that one is the most important. Also, the rim decoration is covered by the handle. It can provide hints too, sometimes. Anyway, from these pictures it looks as if it were Qing dynasty. Personally, from the floral motif I think it could be mid-Qing to first half of 19th century, but not completely sure.
