Chinese silver-plated? teapot

Thank you to James for giving me information on my teapot. There are two more marks on the lid that I did not put on the site previously and I wonder if he is able to translate these marks for me, or Peter, if you are able to? Many thanks for a very helpful site. Kind regards, Annemarie
