Your vase is similar to one I have in that it has the dragon in full relief on the surface rather than painted in the glaze.
I know very little of these things, but I can tell you that unmarked works were usually for the common people. Also the fact that the dragon appears to have three toes (correct?) would also mean it was for the average person rather than for the emperor or high officials. As I understand it, five toes was reserved for the Emperor, four toes for high court officials and three toes for everyone else.
My own piece is marked as Yong Zheng period and is in blue and white. The dragon has four toes.
I don't know if that helps or not.

Hi, This type of carved porcelain is not my specialty. But, perhaps you can upload close-up pictures of bottom, mouth (inside if possible), and may be of the glaze. These often give some clues as to age.
The dragon is very carefully crafted. A nice piece indeed.
