CHINESE PORCELAIN...TEA POT OR WATER JAR??

I PURCHASED THIS AT SALE A NUMBER OF YEARS AGO BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT MOST UNUSUAL AND INTERESTING. I WOULD LIKE ANY INFORMATION ON IT AS TO AGE,ETC.

This is Chinese. Second half of 20th century at the most, could also be very recent as these items are still being made.
