Hello,
Thanks for uploading the top. I'm afraid this is a new or more recently made plate.
From the picture it does not look as if it were Chinese. Could be Japanese or a European copy of Chinese motifs.

It is still not closeup enough, but you can check with a magnifier if you can see brush strokes. If strokes are not clearly visible, then it is likely a printed plate.
