can you tell me if this is an old plate,and what says the text (approximately).
The size is 13cm (5,11 inch)

Could you upload pictures of bottom and foot rim for age evaluation?

The text mentions a person of the name Li Qing-lian. This seems to be the real name of Li Bai, a famous Tang Dynasty poet.
