Chinese Plate

Hi Peter
This plate was bought in China about 20 years ago. The purchaser was told that it was very old.
I would appreciate your opinion on the age and origin.

Hi, without more detailed pictures I cannot tell more, but the mark is apocryphal, and the painting style not old. Cannot have been "very" old 20 years ago. Definitely not antique.
Chinese motif and origin, it seems.
