Chinese plate ? Any information greatly appreciated.

Hi Peter,

This is a plate I purchased about 15 years ago when I visited Shanghai, I picked it up in an old wares shop in some back street for about 10 US$.

Would you be able to give me some information about it please.

Diameter is 25cm.

The decoration itself looks as if it could be 19th century, but the shape is unusual for a traditional item; the same is valid for the Jiaqing mark.
Could as well be made sometime in the 20th century. I would recommend having someone do a hands-on inspection to make sure.
