chinese or japanese little plate or bowl

i have 4 little plates and i don't know if they are chinese or japanese.
Can you tell by looking at this pictures ?
I alse would like the age of them and want to know their use .
they measure 11 cms, and the hight is 2,5 cms.
It has two circels on the backside, around and in the rim.
They have a brown edge.
