Please help me to identify this Chinese mark.

This fancy mark is not readable. The right part makes sense, but the left part does not look like a legitimate character Looks as if someone tried to copy or write a character without knowing the proper strokes.
The picture is too small, but I got the impression from the colors is that it might not be Chinese.
