Yes, these pictures are good. I have never seen this pattern before. The bottom and enamel show that it is an old plate.

It is a spurious Qianlong mark as I suspected, because period Qianlong marks were written with different characters, and mostly by hand.
The red stamped marks of this type did not appear before mid 19th century. It is therefore safe to say that you plate is second half of 19th century or Guangxu reign (see).
All in all a very nice plate!
