Hello,

Yes, looks pretty much like an end of Qing jar.
We don't value items, but you can research an approximate price on Ebay.
Ebay has an advanced search function which includes listings of "completed" sales for a couple of months. As this sort of item is fairly frequent, you stand a good chance to find something similar.
