Kenny,

It could be Fangge or some other early ceramics if it is genuine.
With this one I would also recommend to post it on asianart.com. They may take a couple of days to comment, but may be able to judge this type of ceramic item. The same applies to this as with the other one.
If you are really into collecting, I can recommend a link or two where you can see (or participate) how other collectors check each other's items in forums.
