You're not sure if it Song ware, but from the Chinese letter can you identify from which 'kiln'?

Hi, I'm not sure from when this is, but in my view this is not from the era it pretends to be from.
The crackling imitates Song dynasty Guan or Ge crackling, and the writing also mentions a date 1000 years ago.
However, the foot ring looks more recent and the glaze has none of the typical age signs of Song ceramics
