I have a chinese bowl approx 30cm diameter and wish to identify the marks on the base. Photo attached

In the bowl decoration there is another mark which is much more geometric design Photo attached.

Hi, the mark inside is the character "Fu" (Happiness).
The one outside is unclear. Although it can be read, it is not clear enough to see a clear image of the strokes, but this is essential as the mark seems to have problems (written incorrectly).
Most likely it is a Japanese item, judging from these pictures, with a spurious Chinese mark.
