Judging from these pictures I would assume this to be a 20th century Chinese vase. Close-ups would be needed to make sure if early or late...

Generally said, very detailed features, like the different color tones in clothes, etc. are a sign of western-style painting influences. These may have influenced traditional Chinese painting only in the 20th century.
