China Plate

Just seeing what I got here and if it's worth anything. It has CHINA marked on the bottom with Chinese writing on the bottom also. I appreciate any help I can get about this piece.

Judging by the two marks it would be late Qing dynasty (Guangxu reign) or early republic.
However, a further closeup of the decoration would be necessary to make sure this is all handpainted. If the coral red part is transfer printed, the decoration cannot be that early.
