Steve, I did not mention 150 years. Although it is possible it is more likely to have been made during the Guangxu period.

Hi Steve, Yes, looks like late Qing dynasty.
I don't know what is depicted on the vase. Usually, this is something from history, mythology, folklore stories, etc. There is only one warrior on these pictures, the one on the right. The other persons are civilians. And, I'm not sure that the person on the horse/mule is female. The attire could just be that of a civilian of standng. Also, in old times females would have been carried in a palanquin or horse cart, especially if it was a person of standing. But, hardly on a horse. The faces of Chinese paintings seldom show any feelings, like sadness. Here they show mostly standard expressions and it is difficult to draw such conclusions in comparison to western art.
