Thank you, Peter! I've don my own research and it seems a Turkish design Iznik pottery.

Hi Irina! No, the decoration is not Chinese. It looks European or western to me.
The combination of light and dark blue is also unlikely for antique Chinese porcelain.
Actually, it is only the shape that looks Chinese.
