Brush Pot

I have this Porcelain and i am wanting to know how old it is ? It have a red seal from export but the art work on it not good . I think the pot have some thing to do with wedding Gift. The Brush Pot is about 4" tall and the opening is about 2"1/4" and bottom is 2"3/4" wideand it's heavly and it seem the writing and artwork is underglaze.
