Hello,
I cannot help with this. I believe this is copying a Ru item that is in a museum, possibly the Palace Museum in Peking. Only a few dozen Ru items are known to exist, and almost all of these are in museums in China and Taiwan.
This is a fake, in my view. I wouldn't buy it if you didn't already.
