Unsure about this bowl. It is coarsely made even by minyao standards. I don't like the look of the rough unglazed base and rim. No kiln grit? The glaze is degraded too. I don't have an answer, Salim.

About late Ming to early Qing. I would lean more to early Qing dynasty. This, provided that it is from a shipwreck and was not treated with acid.
My personal view.
