Hello everyone'
I bought this Chinese Blue and white serving pot in West Vancouver from a very well traveling Asian lady.
fish design on it,
6.5" Diameter x 5" Hight

any idea about period, maker?

Looks as if it were printed. You should be able to check that with a magnifier, Sal.
This is not a traditional shape, and the fish decoration could have been made anywhere. Only the rim decoration of the lid has a Chinese look. Anyway, as it seems to be transfer printed, it could have been made in China, but in recent times.
