Judging from these images it is 20th century (on the later side), judging from the blue and white colors.

Thanks for your time. It is a simple box without a separator. The art work appears to be done by hand. The bottom show signs of rust (only observable through a microscope). I would love to guess at the age but I do not have enough experience. LOL

I think this is at the most vintage, perhaps recently made, although it may be handmade?
Does yours have a separation wall inside? There is another recent post asking about a similar item.
