Hello,
From this picture provided it seems that the vase is new or a more recent reproduction. Some parts of the decoration were not employed at all before the 20th century.
Nice vase but not antique. My personal view...

The first two characters of the mark say "China" (Zhongguo), but I cannot read the other two. Maybe someone else can help.
