Arita Japan mark on bottom

I was wondering about this Arita Japan mark. Could you tell me the approx age of this piece? Also, what the two symbols on the bottom mean? Thanks in advance. I believe it is considered Sometsuke = Blue and White

I'm afraid I cannot help with Japanese items, but there is a site with Japanese marks somewhere on the web.
Yes, "sometsuke" means indeed underglaze blue porcelain.
