Hi I won this vase recently and would like to know what the writing and red marks mean or say. Any help will be appreciated thank you for your help.

Hi, from the bit that these pictures show the vase was probably made in the late 20th or 21st century, with a spurious Qianlong mark as decoration.
My personal view.
