can you tell me what mark this is, I can find it anywhere.
and this is probably a vase of the 20th century?

The mark means that the items was made by (or under supervision of) Luo Qi-chang, in Jiangxi (province).
The artist signed in the last column above the seal, but the handwriting is difficult to read.
Anyway, I would think first quarter of the 20th century (early republic).
