Can you please tell me if this ginger jar is an antique?
Could you please help me to identify this marks?Also when it was made and how much it is worth. Is this Chinese or Japanese?

Clear pictures of decoration and bottom, taken in natural lighting would be required. It is difficult to see details with this, so please provide a close-up picture (partial) of the painted decoration.
