Hello,
This is a Fu mark. Usually it would be attributed to the Kangxi reign of the Qing dynasty. As it is is possible that it was used at later time too, it would be of advantage if you could provide pictures of the whole item.
A Chinese mark alone can usually not be relied on for deciding age.
