Antique Asian Tea Caddy 18th Century? PLEASE HELP

Hello, I am hoping someone can tell me what period this tea caddy is from, China, Japan???. It is approximately 5 1/4" X 5 1/4". The cobalt paint under the glaze appears to be very olbd to me, There is crazing throughout. I know little about tea caddies, Please Help
