Antique Asain Plate ID Help!

I need help identifying this plate and stamp on the back. I can usually find info on old porcelain but having trouble with this one.. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

There are one or two hidden peacocks on the front. The painting is jade/emerald green with gold outlining.

Japanese plate

This seems to be Japanese.
The mark says it's Satsuma. This should give you a hint for further research, Satsuma ware is a well known Japanese porcelain type.
