advice on my 2 vases please

Hello, I have been given these 2 items from my great Aunt. I hope someone can give me any information as I do not know anything about them ...they are the same lovely pattern .The vase is approx 15 cm tall and has a hexagonal shape top tapering into a rounder bottom . The other one is approx 11 cm tall . Both are in perfect condition with a tiny amount of crazing internally (hard to see unless you look closely)
