Thanks for the additional pictures.
I'm afraid the last three characters show neither a cyclical date nor the artist's name. It seems to be the end characters of a verse or something, which is irrelevant to dating.

If you do an image search for "chinese tea bowl with lid", this will bring up some tea bowls of the same type.
With these bowls tea leaves are directly put into the bowl, they are not infused in a pot first. The lid I mentioned is held with the other hand and the edge of the lid is dipped into the tea and used to keep the leaves away from the mouth when drinking.This is a typical Chinese method of tea drinking. These tea bowls are always of a larger size. Frequently, the saucer below is ring-shaped, with a hole in the center.
